We're seeking full-time Landscape and Hardscape Laborers — both experienced landscapers and hardscapers, and entry-level crew members. If you're hard-working, motivated, and coachable, we want to hear from you, and we'll help you build your skills.
As one of Madison's premium landscaping service providers, we take pride in what we do and who we employ. Our specialties include Landscape Construction, Hardscaping, Garden Maintenance, Lawn Care, and Snow Management services. Our landscape crews start the day at our shop on Madison's east side, before heading out to the work sites in company vehicles. We work in many different locations across the greater Madison area on interesting and fun projects.
What you can expect
- $23/hr+ to start — and we go higher for experienced, well-qualified candidates. Your pay grows as your skills grow.
- Accrued paid vacation (2 hours per 40 hours worked).
- 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday starting at 7am. Full schedule during the landscaping season; snow management work in winter.

Requirements
- Ability to perform manual labor.
- Experience in landscape/hardscape and/or lawn and garden care is a plus — entry-level welcome.
- Full-time availability (we'll consider part-time for the right candidate).
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record (ability to tow a trailer is a plus).

Landscape Maintenance Lead
We're hiring a full-time Landscape Maintenance Lead with experience in gardening, weeding, and plant identification. Team members are treated with respect, paid well, and have autonomy in the field.

The Landscape Maintenance Lead is responsible for training and coordinating our landscape gardening crew to ensure that properties are cared for efficiently and effectively, while managing specific labor budgets and concentrating on customer priorities. In addition, our maintenance lead will be responsible for working with management to make sure all tools, materials, and equipment are in top working order and ready for the next job site.
